The OPOA Legal Center is a non-profit public interest law firm that defends Oregonians’ private property rights when threatened by government overreach and interference. 

We’ve been representing Oregonians since 1989. Over our 35 years, we’ve provided free legal services to property owners on matters before state agencies, at local land use hearings, appellate courts, and even the United States Supreme Court – and we’ve won.
