We’re Thriving in Salem, But We Need Your Support!

You’ve seen our blog posts about our victories in Salem, and today’s update from Sam highlights even more progress. Our success this legislative session—despite tough challenges—is proof of the incredible strength and dedication of OPOA and our team.

Thanks to your overwhelming support, we’ve stopped harmful bills, defended property rights, and fought for solutions that benefit all Oregonians. Whether it’s submitting testimony, showing up to hearings, or raising your voice, your efforts are making a real impact.

But fighting for property rights takes daily effort, strong relationships, and expertise. That’s why we’ve expanded our team with two high-caliber top lobbyists who are at the Capitol every day, ensuring property owners have the representation they deserve.

But these efforts come with a cost, and that’s where we need your help.

For nearly 40 years, OPOA has defended property rights and passed vital legislation in Salem. This year, we are nearing a milestone of passing almost 100 bills at the Oregon Legislature.

The OPOA Legal Center has fought—and won—legal battles at every level, including the Oregon Supreme Court and U.S. Supreme Court. This year we filed a lawsuit on behalf of property owners in Harney County Circuit Court to challenge the State Wildfire Map.

The OIA Education Center has led the effort of ensuring that all Oregonians understand their rights and the issues facing Oregon’s property owners, and release our annual Looking Forward Magazine, which gained so much traction, it actually resulted in the State reopening problematic administrative rules.

And we’ve done it all without charge. That’s right. No dues. No fees. No billable hours.

Our organizations and work are fueled entirely from charitable contributions from Oregonians who believe that every property owner deserves a skilled advocate in their corner.

Your donation empowers this critical work and helps us continue protecting property rights for decades to come.

Join us in making a difference—click DONATE NOW to contribute or contact us for other ways to support. Together, we’ll ensure a stronger future for Oregon property owners!
